It turned out to be a truly wonderful event!

More than 50 audience members, the performers, and the sound team all shared the same headphones, experiencing an unprecedented and immersive musical journey together 🎧.
While Taguchi speakers gently played some ambient sound, everyone, as you can see in the photos, was deeply absorbed in the music through their headphones.

It became an exceptionally profound musical experience party, leaving us deeply moved and grateful!

The podcast series “Legend Channel” features interviews with “legends” who have shaped the world of sound. Episode 3 is now available!

This time’s guest is Akira Inoue, a keyboardist, arranger, and producer who has long been active at the forefront of the music scene.

Beginning with composing music for commercials and studio work, he has worked on numerous iconic projects for leading artists such as Akira Terao, Eiichi Ohtaki, Yosui Inoue, and Masaharu Fukuyama. He also produced the reading piece “Snowflake” by Peter Gabriel and Akiko Yano. Throughout his career, he has released countless hit songs and groundbreaking works.

As a true legend who continues to support Japan’s music scene, Inoue takes on a new challenge alongside interviewer Mr. Isao Kumano.

In this interview, we delve into the thoughts he put into this project and the journey that led to its realization.

Legend Channel – Episode 2 Featuring ERIC from Taguchi Speakers is Now Live!

The second episode of “Legend Channel – Lejechan”, a podcast featuring legends from the world of sound, is now streaming!

Our guest this time is ERIC from Taguchi Acoustic Laboratory / Taguchi Speakers.

Taguchi Speakers are a true icon in professional audio—supporting iconic spaces like the “Octagon” floor at ageHa in Shin-Kiba, Tokyo, as well as countless concert halls and architectural venues across Japan.

The company’s founder, Kazunori Taguchi, was a master craftsman who created many renowned speaker systems, still widely used at top venues today.
He sadly passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 74.

Carrying on his legacy is ERIC, who fully inherits Mr. Taguchi’s spirit and expertise.
He is now leading the way in crafting the next generation of unique, handcrafted sound.

In this episode, we visit the Taguchi workshop to hear behind-the-scenes stories of speaker creation, personal memories of Mr. Taguchi, and ERIC’s vision for the future.
