After more than 10 years of research, we have finally arrived at a handmade Japanese speaker with the highest level of sound quality. The speakers are equipped with a balanced input for professional use and Bluetooth for versatility.

Full-range speakers use 3-inch paper cones and neodymium magnets for high resolution and natural sound quality. The horn mechanism is machined from wood to achieve a natural spaciousness.

The amplifier section is a high quality sound design with a proprietary BTL system and frame grounding. The combination of parts selected through repeated listening tests reproduces even the joy of music with the best sound quality beyond its class.

The ML-1 was completed after a thorough trial and error process to reproduce the sound of the SMB-02, which has received the highest acclaim in the world, on speakers, and the ML-2 has been further upgraded and priced down after continued trial and error.

In addition to its use as a high-resolution professional monitor speaker, the new ver. 5.1 Bluetooth chip has also made the ML-2 even more versatile.
The ML-2’s original power to produce the best sound with easy installation and operation is now even more apparent in this upgrade.

The PHONON MUSICLIFE is a great referencing tool in the studio when you want to shift away from NS10’s or your main reference monitors. Although it has a similar shape to an actual boombox, the fidelity of sound is surprisingly good, and the added bluetooth functionality is pretty handy as well – no cables required!
